I'm providing this service as I believe the Switch should have a 'true' web browser like the Wii and 3DS, and people shouldn't have the inability to use their device to browse the Internet if they need have the need. I've found this to happen when I'm on For Glory, and as the seconds countdown for me to choose my character, there's a slight pause on the 40 second mark.
